We are now looking for a passionate and confident Technical Client Service Coordinator resource to join our growing Operations team.

Our SaaS services combine algorithmic programming with our clients’ business strategies to establish dynamic contact options on large B2C sites. Typically, we aim to generate sales, improve the customer experience and encourage our clients to try out new contact strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Everyone in Operations is responsible for making every client relationship a great success. We are looking for a service minded person with technical and analytical skills to support our customer success team as well as our clients directly.

As a Technical Client Service Coordinator / Junior Business Analyst at Now Interact you form the foundation of our product and services. You’re directly responsible for implementing our technology at our clients and analyze the results. Additionally you will create in-depth reports regarding the performance at our clients and will directly report and advise on the results (both internally and externally). Analyzing performance is done via our BI-tools as well as through SQL / Excel. The performance insights are the baseline to your continuous optimization of our client setups. You’ll continuously try to spot up- and cross-sell opportunities and help to deliver maximum value to our clients. 1st and 2nd line of support for clients is also part of the responsibilities.

Our Nordic Operations is supporting NOW across all geographies, hence you also will work close with our colleagues and clients in Sweden as well as in Holland, the UK and the US. The focus sectors are large telecom, insurance, energy, financial, travel and large e-commerce companies.

We are looking for a service minded person with technical and analytical skills to support our customer success team as well as our clients directly.

Requirements:
- Coding, basic programming skills (HTML, javascript, etc)
- Database (SQL) knowledge
- Service oriented
- Time management skills and an ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Passionate about (Big) Data & Digital transformation
- SaaS and ecommerce technologies
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with, and gaining insights from, Online and/or Call Center operations
- Preferable ecommerce advertising / traffic, usability and conversion insights
- Ability to effectively interact and work with individuals from different countries, across all areas and levels within the organization
- MS Office experience (Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
- Language requirements:
Swedish, fluent
English, fluent
Dutch and/or German, not a requirement, but would be really nice
- Start-Up mentality – This is no 9 to 5 job, and you’ll need to be able to create your own workflow
