We are currently looking for a Product Manager for Front-End Consumer Experience. In this role, you'll be tasked with delivering that premium consumer experience to our consumer facing digital properties around the globe.
As a Product Manager - Front End you'll be responsible for solving interesting consumer experience challenges for some of the world's largest spirit brands, including Absolut Vodka, Jameson and Ballantine's. Challenges include site performance problems for mobile users in emerging countries, age verification for our brand sites and marrying the translation and legal constraints with a consistent UX/UI for a brand.
The purpose of a Product Manager is to work with brand and market companies to identify, conceptualize and deliver platforms, services, and tools that will ensure the brand and market companies achieve their marketing objectives.
- Product Manager
- Set the long-term vision and strategy for the Brand Co’s platforms, services, and tools under your remit.
- Communicate this strategy to the relevant participants and stakeholders at quarterly intervals.
- Represent internal users and consumers throughout the delivery process.
- Use evidence-based decision making to inform continuous improvement.
- Champion the usage of the platforms, services, and tools internally within Pernod Ricard and externally
- Portfolio Management:
- Apply the Portfolio Management process.
- Contribute to portfolio review discussions.
- Assist organize committees with the identified key stakeholders to prioritize the product roadmap.
- Project Management:
- Delivery features and milestones on time, on budget and on the scope, respecting quality standards.
- Monitor progress and ensure the project reporting is accurate and well communicated to the business.
- Estimate and manage budget and resources.
- Utilizes Agile project methodologies.
- Technical Leadership
- A strong understanding of Javascript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Establish, coordinate and run A/B testing across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Analyze page performance metrics and build plans for improvements
- Mentor, educate and advocate for web performance across all engineering teams
- Develop and implement SEO and social sharing best practices across engineering teams.
- Application Maintenance:
- Ensure quality and efficiency of solutions
- Ensure application life cycle is in accordance with IT guidelines
- Vendor Management:
- Manage and evaluate vendors in order to ensure continuous improvement.

- Education required: Master or equivalent in computer sciences
- Experience / Background:

- 5+ years of experience in a Front-end development and management
- Product Management experience
- Must have experience dealing with various levels within company
- Proven track record in deploying best practice methodologies and processes
- Language required: Fluent in English
