We are looking for a 3rd line support engineer who enjoy problem solving and taking full responsibility from assigned support issue to propose a workable solution.
EU-Supply develops and markets one of the leading platforms in Europe for electronic procurement. Our Headquarter is located in Sweden with offices in UK, Norway, Denmark and Estonia. EU-Supply is expanding and has recently won several national framework agreement and as well as large customers in Europe.
The 3rd line support engineer´s primary task is:
#Investigating support cases prioritized by the support.
#Create and apply workaround solutions, where possible.
#Communication with customer and feedback through support tools.
#Working with the infrastructure engineers, testers and developers to investigate prioritized issues.
#Investigate server log errors.
#Preparing Change Requests where appropriate.
#Over time proposing resolutions (code changes, or other actions) to eliminate bugs.
We prefer that you have basic knowledge of MS SQL Server (database), T-SQL, Web Applications (ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC knowledge is a plus) and Development in .Net. It is also desirable knowledge in Windows Server 2008/R2, IIS7, IIS7.5, PowerShell, COM +.

#You speak and write fluently in English.
