Newly Graduates - Designer for MINI-LINK radio/5G Front-end (187821)

Position Summary

We develop microwave solutions to MINI-LINK and test beds and trial systems for 5G together with Ericsson Research. MINI-LINK is the world's most deployed microwave transport solution for mobile broadband applications.
We are now developing for future applications in 5G networks and next generation of MINI-LINK products.
We work in small teams that strive for end-to-end product development inspired by lean & agile mindset and methodology.
You will work together with very skilled microwave designers and often in co-operation with other teams in the product development unit and supply.
Your main focus will be on microwave design (5-150 GHz) and integration of core functional blocks (RF, IF, Filters, Mechanics, Software etc) in our products.
There will be opportunities to collaborate with our selected suppliers of components.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• BSc/MSc level in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar
• English Skills - fluent

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• High frequency electromagnetic modelling and simulation
• Microwave design (5-150 GHz)
• Electronic board design
• Microwave instrument knowledge, measurement technique and test system development
• Design tools such as Cadence, Keysight ADS Momentum, HFSS
• MATLAB, Python
