The position is within Consumer & Enterprise Digital and a sub unit called Business Applications & Services (BAS). The successful candidate will be part of the VIDA development team.

VIDA is the system used by the Technicians at all the workshops servicing Volvo Car cars globally. VIDA is the main tool at the workshops and it is critical that the system is stable and function correctly.

VIDA Development team is working according agile principles with three agile feature teams working in 3 weeks sprints with a Product Owner from Customer Service (business) coached by two scrum masters. All VIDA development are by the feature teams and all teams are collocated in Gothenburg and Torslanda in Sweden. The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden.

The feature teams perform application changes (continuous improvements, new features etc) and corrections in the VIDA application. The VIDA application consists of a java backend and a .Net client.

As VIDA One team tester you will coordinate the testing carried out to secure the quality of the product and be actively involved in the testing of the user stories develop during the sprints.

Main responsibilities
* Be knowledgeable about VIDA to be able to understand how new users stories should be tested and what needs to be tested for specific user stories
* Drive and coordinate the testing activities that needs to be done during the sprints to secure the quality of the user stories
* Plan, execute and report test of users stories, acceptance test, regressions tests
* Create and document the test instructions based on requirements

Required qualifications
* University degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent
* Be experienced functional tester working according to agile methodology.
* Experience from testing in agile teams
* Good knowledge about different testing principles
* At least 6 years of experience from Software Testing
* At least 5 years of experience from the Automotive aftermarket domain
* Several years of experience from working with VIDA
* Experience in creating and developing strategic Test plans, Test Cases and generating Test Reports
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
