Mental health issues is one of the fast growing challenges our world i facing. 350 000 000 people suffer from depression worldwide. BlueCall is a marketplace for instant therapy counseling, with the vision to increase mental wellbeing across the world. We made it easier to find someone to talk to and 90% of our users are feeling better after having used our service. Want to join us on this journey? We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with the highest interest in Product Management for 2 month(-ish) contractor position to help us revamp our app and make the users love it, and use it, even more. Start date asap.

Key questions to dive into:

  • How are our users behaving? (hence you need to be a data freak to analyse 9 months of data)
  • What do they want? What to they need? (hence you need to dive into our target group)
  • How are we going to give it to them? (hence you need to be able to identify and design solutions to improve specific metrics)

We currently facilitate that communication via an iOS app and VoIP calls.

Project timespan is 2 months and are not strict on it being full-time or part-time not as we would discuss this with you when you have a better insight of the workload. You’ll be joining a fun team of 4, with our office located at SUP46 in Stockholm (remote works fine too).

This is your role in BlueCall:

  • Analyse our data to identify current issues and suggesting steps to improve/change our current iOS App to meet our goals.
  • Create wireframes, user flows and/or prototypes to effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
  • Present and defend your design decisions
  • Work towards certain KPIs in quick iterations

This is you:

  • Experience in UX Design and Product Management being able to show success cases previously led
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Experience and willing to work in quick and small iterations defined together with development
  • Experience using platforms such as Mixpanel/Google Analytics/Facebook Analytics
  • Experience using tools such as Sketch, Illustrator or Photoshop
  • Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
  • Ability to collaborate closely with development
