Server architect and developer

You will be involved in the Development Team’s daily activities in Luleå in order to assist us with scaling up the server being part of our software product Netrounds.

Because we are an ambitious and agile company, we anticipate that our new collegue will be truly passionate about development, will have the ability to do great designs and write great code.

You will be based in our head office, which is located in the city center of Luleå, Sweden. Working in the Product Development Team in an innovative and fast-paced environment together with DevOps colleagues, software developers, product owners and agile coaches.

This role requires 8+ years in previous software developer positions.

High skill levels with the following are required:
• Server design that scales, high availability clustering, continuous operations (upgrades without downtime), internal message bus architectures, microservices
• Efficient and scalable storage and queries of time-series data in real-time
• Open-source

Experience with the following is a bonus:
• Automated deployment of server infrastructure using automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Python
• Amazon Web Services
• Kafka
• Openstack

We use GIT for version control, Jenkins for test automation, and Jira/Confluence for Agile planning and documentation.
