We are now looking to expand our team with both junior- and midlevel UX/UI Designer colleagues, who will be part of our design teams to help our clients with world class design solutions.
What you will do
- Collaborate with a team with different roles and competencies, including Design Strategists, Visual Designers, Developers, Researchers and Product Designers to ensure that all aspects of a user’s experience are managed.
- Contribute to conceptualize, develop, and track user experiences from early concepts to prototypes and specifications.
- Evaluate the design of products and services through evaluative research methods.
- Ensure products and services fit client needs and adhere to all technical requirements.
- Design and specify user flows and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques.
- Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirement analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Experience of working with agile teams to help bring products to market is a plus.
Who you are
- We believe you are a natural self-starter that keeps project momentum going and contributes to the team moving forward.
- Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, graphic design, human computer interaction or the equivalent.
- 0-7 years (0-4 years junior, 5-7 years midlevel) of professional experience in design consultancy or in-house designer role
- Ability to clearly and confidently present a story and explain design decisions internally and to clients.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication, presentation and storytelling skills; additional languages spoken considered a plus.
- Responsible, and adept at managing tight deadlines.
- Plus with experience across mobile and web, experience with convergent design and Internet of Things.
- Experience in rapid prototyping (on-screen, video-prototyping and physical computing) is a plus
- Experience in digital product design toolkit (e.g. Sketch + Invision + Principle)

This position is located in Bromma, Stockholm, yet our reach is truly global. Working with Veryday you will get the possibility to travel within projects and to conferences.
