As a Configuration Manager in Gothenburg, you will be responsible for handling the projects/products databases, product structure, and the administration of products in Synergy and Hydra. Thus, you will be part of the Wayside Projects Core Team, and coordinate the technical change management team as a leader for the Change Control Board.

Key Responsibilities and Challenges
CM Role: Software & Document management (Administrate software and documents in Synergy/Hydra as per the product structure)
CM Role: Delivery/Release Management
Keep up to date with the Configuration and Change Management process.
Be involved in Bombardier internal work to improve processes/ways of working and update/integrate new tools
Increasing team competence, educate new team members and assist existing team members in relevant CM tools and processes

Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant engineering field
A few years of experience as a C++ Software Developer
A few years of experience as a Configuration Manager or in a similar position (preferably in areas including embedded software, hardware design or safety-critical systems)
Experience in change management and document management tools
Very good communication skills in English is a requirement; Swedish is a strong advantage
