Senior IT Analysis Coordinator with System Responsibility

We are looking for a System Responsible for Nordea IT Wholesale Banking’s Financial Anti-Crime System - FACP.

You will be responsible within all stages of the system management life cycle, where you pay particular attention to operational stability, maintainability and performance, as well as securing that the system is sustainable and commercially viable. We expect you to drive, shape and take technical leadership within the FACP system area. 

To help in your work, you have a Nordic team of experts, an extended team off-site in India, as well as third party vendors, which you are expected to coordinate and technically lead in relation to your responsibility areas.
 

In the role as System Responsible you will also work as a technical sparring partner to management and Nordea stakeholders by providing analysis material, system management planning (‘road-maps’) and generally represent the system area of responsibility.

The FAC Platform team (part of the FAC Systems unit) is in a ‘start-up’ phase and we are looking for someone who relishes the assignment of being part of shaping our systems and processes as well our building our unit. Your work will span from being deeply involved in the system maintenance work (e.g. perfective and preventive measures, root-cause analysis after an incident handling, error fixing and incident handling) to defining the system management roadmap together with stakeholders.

You have a technical background, Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent. In addition, you have technical knowledge of and extensive hands-on experience in: in Detica, AIX/Linux, Shell scripting, IBM DB2, Weblogic, Java/C, JRE, XML, JDBC and PowerHA. Experience within the mainframe area (TWS/OPC, JCL, MQ, COBOL) is also highly valued as is experience in Banking or with Payments in the Financial Service industry.

You are dedicated to delivering with high quality - thereby assuring robust system solutions. You are familiar with and understand the need for well-defined processes and IT governance as described in such ITSM frameworks as ITIL and COBIT.   

You are fluent in written and spoken English. Swedish is required.
