Infrastructure Solution Area Designer, IKEA IT

As Infrastructure Solution Area Designer – IKEA Customer Master Infrastructure Service, you will technically be part of securing that our infrastructure products in our environment can support the customer master and can be used in the current and future infrastructure/ application landscape. To be able to do that you will work in a service dimension together with IT architects and other relevant stakeholders, but also maintain knowledge about how related systems are integrated. This means you will analyse and follow up on non-functional requirements on our service, as well as underlying infrastructure needed to deliver consistent and reliable performance for IKEA!

You will be part of a high performing team called ICM-INFRA, with skilled System Specialists, as well as the Infrastructure Manager, who you will report to as closest manager.

As a person you are service-minded and a creative problem-solver with the ability to co-operate and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders on all levels as well as with external vendors.

It is preferable if you have previous experience from working with one or more of the following technologies or similar, or a strong interest and capability to learn:
• Oracle Siebel CRM servers
• Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) servers
• Oracle Databases (tuning and monitoring)
• Linux Redhat and IBM AIX OS
• JMX/ java tuning competence
• A developer background is meriting
