Test Framework Developer - ECU Software Verification

The group is part of the Driver Interface section within the Cab Development department. We are responsible for software verification and validation of the Electronic Control Units developed within the Cab Department. To meet the increasing demands on the Cab development department we are looking to add another member to our team. This vacancy is suitable for an experienced developer with an interest in test and that wants to work with the development of highly complex control units such as; Instrument Cluster, Lane Departure Warning, Alarm System, Digital Tachograph and Radio system etc.

Your Task
To be responsible for the development of our test framework build in C#. The test framework constantly needs to adapt to new complex control units that requires new types of test.

Your task will be to continuously collect the input from the rest of the group and to realise this input in the test framework. The realization is done together with other group members, but you will be the main responsible as well as being responsible for making sure that the group uses the framework properly.

Together with the test leaders you will develop and standardize testing methods and test tools.

Your profile

Ideally you'll have an engineering degree with 5 years experience within software development and programming combined with experience of test, or a interest in test. As an individual you are structured, accurate, communicative and have very good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing. CAN, CANalyzer/CANoe experience and development of automated tests scripts are an advantage.
