Your tasks:
- Our client is developing a handheld android device. Now they need to strengthen their software team.
Following profile:
- Work as Android platform developer
- Work with (OS) architecture for Android, Linux embedded systems.
- Using Linux driver and kernel concepts.
- Using Android software design patterns.
Location: Stockholm

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
- Knowledgeable of Operating System (OS) architecture for Android, Linux embedded systems.
- Knowledge of Linux driver and kernel concepts.
- Great understanding of the Android framework internals and AOSP code.
- Knowledge of Android software design patterns.
- Experience with Android SDK, NDK and JNI.
- Proficient in Java & C/C++ with strong object-oriented design skills.
Wanted competence
- experience of published apps and GMS certification.

The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
