We are now looking for software developer with a desire to work in a close-knit team with challenging assignments and an end-to-end responsibility in the application life management cycle. The responsibilities include design, enhancing and maintaining process control systems, automatic physical testing, and database interactions with both SQL and NoSQL solutions. This software will be deployed to several sites across the world, such as in USA, China, and Germany and Finisar Sweden will support each site in order to ensure that system performance always meets expectations.
Specific fields of responsibility are:
• Improve and extend the proprietary automatic test framework
• Time critical debugging of local and international production errors.
• Configuration management of software packages.
• Developing tools for data correlation and analysis from databases values.
• Assisting the R&D team with custom made software for testing and data analysis.
The development is oriented to the Microsoft stack, the language that is mainly used is C# and the IDE is Visual Studio. Back-end data storage is on RavenDB and MS SQL servers.
