Product Design Manager

A great opportunity has arisen in Gears of Leo, and we are now looking to find our next star who will take our Product Design team to the next level. If you have a proven track record of being an inspirational leader and delivering successful UX & UI for complex web products then we really want to talk to you! Your role will be instrumental in the company’s growth, so ideally you will have the ambition to match. As our Product Design Manager, you'll be a big part of shaping the future direction of our Product Design.

We see that you are comfortable working in a rapidly changing industry while demonstrating problem-solving leadership. The role will require collaboration with both internal cross-functional teams and other stakeholders within Leovegas group. You will influence and lead by example in a dynamic and innovative environment. Our ideal candidate is evangelical about putting the customer first and is always aware of the latest design trends and UX solutions among market leaders. It’s of course a given for us that you are a big fan of research, testing, data and measurable results.

You will be responsible for

• Driving the product design vision for Leovegas.com
  
• Guard-keeper of our product design quality and consistency
  
• Defining and driving our UX & UI strategy
  
• Driving projects and initiatives related to portal framework design
  
• On-boarding, training and mentoring of product UX & UI colleagues
  
• Recruitment lead for additional colleagues in the area
  
• Ensuring the design group have all tools needed in their work
  
• Group manager for the product UX & UI designers in Sweden
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience from working with online gaming, e-commerce or online entertainment companies
  
• No fear of failing fast, but a determination to swiftly try again to succeed
  
• Great skills in leadership, project management and communication
  
• A keen eye for detail and product design quality
  
• Several years of experience working in agile product development
  
• A degree related to software development, design or human interaction
