Your task:
- developer/tester to work with development of a 5G RAN simulation tool.
- The tool shall consist of an assembly of exisisting SW modules that need to be joined/connected in a system to simulate a radio access network.
- You will work in a fast pace environment at the edge of development for next generation telecommunication.

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
- Documented experience in python
- Understanding of wireless system and RAN components or networks in general.
- Experience in message passing, such as ZeroMQ, google protocol buffer or similar
- Scripting (Python, BASH)
- M.Sc. or similar
Work language: English
Wanted competence
- Erlang understanding beneficial but not required
- Post GIS database beneficial but not required
- experience in test development, manual and automated
- Cloud experience
- Swedish

The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
