UCG 100405 IT Technician Linux

Your tasks:
- senior Linux technician working with smart infrastructure solutions.
- You will be part of a team that takes overall responsibility for infrastructure deliveries and works in close dialogue with our developer groups.
- Our team is developing and managing platforms, mainly based on Java application servers (JBoss, Websphere and Weblogic), with the Linux operating system and Oracle databases.
- Your duties:
· Designing infrastructure solutions
· Troubleshooting and complex incident handling
· Performance tuning and optimization
· Sharing knowledge and best practices to our colleagues within development
· Automating as much of our operational tasks as possible

Location: Stockholm south

Starting: Asap

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll:
• Much experience as technician in large IT environments
• Senior technician with much experience from Linux environments
• Experience oo Java and Oracle applications
• Experience of performance tuning

Work language: English

- Swedish
- Experience from telecom/datacom

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
