The Order to Delivery (O2D) department within Scania IT is responsible for developing and managing IT support systems within Scania’s entire flow from customer order to logistics, production, delivery and invoicing, as well as industrial maintenance. We are now looking for a person with a significant interest of Agile methods to join the team Industrial Control IT, responsible for delivering .NET products to secure daily business operation and accelerate business development.

We are responsible for complete deliveries to our customers and users and are involved in the entire system development process, from concept development to implementation and maintenance.

Your role
We can offer you a role as a .NET developer with a primary focus on development deliverables,  you will also be a part of support, system requirements, testing and release management. You will adopt an agile approach to work, with technical variation and customer/business contact at a company with a good working environment. 

Your profile
Our successful candidate will be a natural leader with a passion and understanding for agile culture and ways of working. You have a degree in computer science or similar degree, complemented with 3-5 years’ experience as a .NET developer and a  significant interest in IT. You need to be proficient in written and spoken English since it’s our corporate language.

We also think you have:

An interest in building reusable and modular IT solutions
The commitment and motivation to work with others to deliver, simplify and improve
Good knowledge of .NET and Microsoft-like products (e.g. C#, MVC, TFS, SQL server)
Good knowledge of JavaScript and Angular
Knowledge of writing unit tests using TDD
You probably have a background as a Scrum Master - Scrum-certification PSM (professional Scrum master) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is an advantage.

To be successful in this role you will also need good communication skills and feel comfortable working closely with several parties within the business.
