Frontline Agents to DELL Enterprise team (Server support)

We are currently looking for support technicians to our Scandinavian Enterprise team to Turku Finland. The positions require fluent language skills in one of the languages: Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.

In the job you would help DELL commercial business customers with their challenging server related questions via e-mail, phone, chat and remote access.

What we require:
-Good knowledge of Servers, Server technologies and other Enterprise related; including RAID, HDD/SAS/storage, memory technologies, remote management technologies, etc.
-Basic Network architecture knowledge
-Basic Windows Server knowledge

Good to have:
-Advanced networks
-Blade chassis technologies
-VMWare and virtualization

The general requirements are:
Fluency in Danish or Norwegian or Swedish language (written and spoken) is a must.
We prefer IT-related education and/or strong experience on IT field
We also require good English language skills
You have positive attitude and brisk way of working
You are customer service oriented team player with good communication skills

We have open positions also in:
Client Technical Support (Technical HelpDesk). The general requirements mentioned above apply to this position.
