Description of tasks:

You will be part of one of our most important client facing support teams based in Stockholm, which serves our major client base in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team supports most of our order management system and its related parts, including exchange/broker integrations and components related to equity and institutional sales as well as automatic trading.

As an experienced support person in the team you will be challenged with a wide range of tasks, spanning from analyzing and resolving critical application issues impacting the daily business of our customers to supporting customers in evolving their knowledge and guiding them in the usage of our product. This requires both technical and functional understanding of the business, customer needs, workflows and keeping updated on the latest market driven changes.

We work very closely and are co-located with the development teams in Stockholm, and that working relationship allows the individuals to build in-depth knowledge of our product and thus the ability to provide a very high level of support to our customer base.
In your area of expertise you will learn to understand the functional needs of our customers and translate their requests into technical requirements that the development teams will use when implementing new functionality.

In addition to this, we have regional support teams that we collaborate with daily.
Our longest serving staff in the client services team in Stockholm have been in the team for over 17 years, and the average length of service is over 10 years. This makes it a great place to develop your career over the long term and build very specialized knowledge of our products, customer base and the financial markets.

. M Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar engineering degree.
. 5+ years of working experience with financial software.
. Thorough knowledge in Electronic Trading and the financial industry.
. Love for analyzing complex issues.
. Drive to deliver high quality software in a fast-paced environment.
. Fluency in English.
. Excellent communication skills

You are

. Experience with Front Arena or similar financial systems.
. Knowledge in any of the following:
- Exchange connectivity
- FIX protocol
- SQL
- Windows Server
- Networks
