Developer

We’re looking for an additional developer to join our growing team. Do you love code, technology and beautiful things? Can you play around with CSS transitions one minute and then dive into backend logic the next? Do you spend your free time toying with the latest frameworks? Are you driven, prepared to work hard and excited about creating beautiful, innovative and impactful things with a variety of other creative people?

Your role as a web developer will be split between both back end and front end code. On some projects focusing on both and in some cases just one or the other. Together with other developers, designers, creatives, producers, animators and film makers you will be responsible for delivering amazing websites, services, campaigns, applications and experiments. 

What you will be doing?

• Work with a team on large projects.
• Be responsible for the entire codebase on smaller projects.
• Write impeccable front end and back end code.
• Research new technologies and concepts.
• Be part of scoping out projects in pre-production.
• Work closely with designers and creatives.
• Coding. A lot of coding.

Who you are:

• A strong visual appreciation and good taste.
• A love for code and everything digital.
• You have a meticulous attention to detail.
• You are social and fun to be around.
• Alarmingly interested in new tech, methods and trends.
• You are experienced in a wide variety of programming languages and technologies.
• Experience working on different types of projects. Both big and small.
• Fluent in English.
• Great work ethic and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Hard facts:

• At least 3+ years of professional experience.
• A portfolio of projects to show.
• Open source projects is a big plus.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Expert knowledge of PHP, Python or the likes.
• Experience working with server infrastructure, Unix and databases.
• Experience working with backend frameworks like Django, Laravel or the likes.
• Experience working with real time applications.
• Experience with iOS and/or Android is a plus.
