Academic Work is looking for an experienced Test Manager to our customer TeliaSonera for their Product Development projects. This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from TeliaSonera is that all calls and e-mails regarding the position goes to Academic Work.

For this assignment you will work as a consultant where you will be employed by Academic Work, or you will be recruited directly to TeliaSonera. Our customer and ourselves look at this position as a long term job and we would like to see that you do so as well.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Test Manager you will be responsible for analyzing, planning, specifying and managing the work of testing in order to secure the quality of the result of mobile and broadband products in development projects. As a Test Manager you will work cross organizational with creating general test strategy and plan how test shall be performed and organized in the development projects. You will also have a crucial role in develop the test tools and methods used in TeliaSonera.

The scope for the development project can be both mobile and broadband products targeting TeliaSonera’s business and customers. The projects are performed both on waterfall and agile process framework. We offer you an interesting and fun position with many challenges. You will be a part of building up a new excellent team that really believes that test area is the success factor for an excellent customer experience. You will work in a team with experienced colleagues from the whole Nordics and also cooperate and network with TS’s different vendors.

* impact the whole product portfolio with your experience, ideas and personality

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We expect that you are an experienced Test Manager with a documented track record in the area. You should have excellent test lead skills and a documented education within the field. We would also like to see that you qualify yourself as a good problem solver and that you have a feeling for the big picture.

Specific expertise required:

* Work experience from Telecom and/or IT development
* Certificate in Software Testing
* Competence in ALM/QC and or JIRA

It would be considered an additional qualification if you have worked with project management or/and are certified as Scrum Master.

As a person, you have good communication, cooperation and coordination skills. You enjoy working in an international environment where travelling in the Noridcs and Baltics is a part of your job. You see yourself as a self-going person who are able to perform your tasks either individually or in a team. You motivate yourself by aiming to improve everything you do and want to develop professional as well as on a personal level. Further on we see that you have good ability to adapt to new situations and find new solutions. You are result oriented, driven and have the ability to perform under time pressure.

Requirements:

* University education, preferably as an engineer
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience from the field
* Excellent English and Swedish skills (written and spoken)
