The Team

We are a well-functioning agile team that tries to continuously improve, both in our ways of working and in acquiring new knowledge. We encourage innovation and like to pick up new ideas and try them out, e.g. in our frequent lab days. Our dedication to quality promotes the use of pair and mob programming, code review, TDD, and Continuous Integration in our daily work.

We think that software development is about people. That is why communication is very important for us, especially since we support working remotely. Every day, we try to make the best use of different communication tools, e.g. Slack and WebEx.

To provide a good user experience for our customers, we constantly listen to their feedback. One of our customers' favorite features is system performance. Therefore, we spend time finding and improving critical parts of the application.
