Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
-Your contribution will help us measure, analyze and visualize a richer picture of our customer's experiences and operational performance, with particular focus on products and services. -You will find the most creative and compelling ways to extract, analyze, simplify and visualize complex data, mined from many sources and covering the entire business and customer lifecycle. -As an Analytics Developer, you will take ownership of assigned product and service analysis, understanding both the task detail and how this contributes to overall business success. -You will use your innovation, programming, problem solving skills and great attention-to-detail, to help us understand how customers use Verisure product and services. -You will work with others from the Analytics & Insight team, plus experts from Quality Assurance, Product Management, Operations and R&D; to support both new product / service developments and to resolve practical operational challenges which may affect existing products and services, from time to time. -You will define, design and implement a wide range of data sets and creative visualizations in QlikView and / or MS Power BI; adapting content and presentation style for suit more technical users such as Quality Assurance, or more commercial users, such as Marketing. You may also need to prepare supporting PowerPoint or Excel documents. -Insights may be required on a regular basis and you may be required to work to tight deadlines. PASSION FOR PEOPLE. Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Minimum qualifications; -University degree, preferably in software engineering, data science, statistics or similar field. -A deep understanding of data, analysis techniques, and tools such as SQL, Qlikview. MS Power BI. -Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Personal Characteristics; -You should have strong technical analytical skills and experience of visualization tools such as Qlikview, (or Tableau), MS Power BI, or similar Experience with data modeling, Kimball, ETL tools (e.g. Python, SQL, NoSQL, SSIS) to build and clean analytics data sets from large, complex and / or diverse data sources. -Additional experiences in more advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as R, Spark, data science, machine learning and big data, would be beneficial. -You are a creative problem-solver who enjoys working with complex challenges. -You are sociable and communicative, enjoy collaborating and sharing your knowledge. -Experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
