Together with other Product Specialists, Business Analysts and Solution Architects you will design and develop provisioning and de-provisioning workflows for identities across internal and external systems, configure adapters and work together with the team on various business requirements. As we are a global team and travel might be required occasionally.
As a Product Specialist/Lead Developer within Directories & Authentication, your mission will be to engage our customers in identifying IT requirements for our Identity and Access Management solution. All this to ensure that the design meets our standards, requirement, and consumer usability. You poses all, or part of, the following qualifications:
• Transact-SQL
• LDAP, VB.NET
• PowerShell
• Web SQL
• Web development
• CSS
We also use BMC Remedy IT Service Management and IBM Rational Clear Quest for change and defect tracking. Familiarity with these tools is a plus.
It is required that you have experience with business processes, IAM/IAG and technical documentation.
The position is a full-time employment, located in Helsingborg or Älmhult in Sweden or in Philadelphia US. We are open for a discussion based on preferred location for the candidate.

As Product Specialist/Lead Developer you have an analytical mind set and are able to structure information and derive conclusions. We are working with high-impact systems; therefore, you need to be meticulous and always aim to integrate security as a natural part of writing code. Furthermore you are motivated by the challenges and stay up to date with new technologies as well as you need to have a holistic view of complex environments while keeping the best interests of Users and Customers in mind.
You will be part of a global IAM team with the primary assignments of custom development and operational support of a large and complex Identity and Access Management system.
