Junior Software Engineer with interest in physics

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a junior/graduate Software Engineer to start the career in a fast growing and exciting X-Ray company. If you have a strong interest in physics and want to work with the latest technologies, this is the position for you.

Your main responsibility will be development and maintenance of the software, as the company grows this is also an opportunity for you to grow your skill-set by contributing in building strong teams and formalizing processes and ways of working. This means that you will be involved in steps that you might not have any previous experience from. We are looking for someone that is not afraid of trying new things and that likes to challenge themselves!

Job duties
- Be involved in development and maintenance of the control software of the X-Ray tubes
- Development and support of GUI/HMI of the sources
- Root-cause investigation of Xray tube and debugging of software, support to Service department
- Software process development together with the team
- Implement algorithms

We are looking for
- M.Sc. within the fields of engineering physics and/or electrical engineering
- C++
- English verbal / written

Nice to have:

- Linux (GCC/Make)
- Git and Gerrit
- Python
- System integration (hardware / protocol)
