Work description
The Application Developer within Volvo CE is responsible for developing and testing components or parts of a larger system in accordance with the project adopted standards, definitions and specifications.
The new developer and consultant assignment needs to colloborate closely with the team sitting in Eskilstuna. The project timelines are quite tight.
Personal skills
Volvo business and process experience is preferred. If you have worked previously in Volvo, is a plus. We are looking for a person with soft skills (innovative, flexible, cooperative etc.) You are a team- player, Committed to delivery, professionalism. Acquired knowledge/skills through work experience at least 2-3 years experienced programmer. Communication skills. Language is Swedish, some English preferred (not mandatory). Education or related training, programmer Level – 2 to 3 years experienced in .NET programming , working for external customers (not internal or dummy projects). QDB role and level. Application developer – C1. The Aftermarket Machine Master/WebMIA team is in Eskilstuna and the resources need to be on site for knowledge transfer and agile development together with the others in the team.
