Software Skills is looking for a Python developer on behalf of a product company in central Gothenburg.

Getting new customers and generating sales is at the very core of every online store, regardless of size. Keycrunch is Jetshops SaaS solution designed to publish and managing product sales on a number of different online sales channels (search engines, price comparison sites and marketplaces). Making it easy and affordable to sell online means that more stores are able to compete, making the internet a truly democratized marketplace.

:: Description ::

We´re looking for talented software engineers to help us develop our platforms even further. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly talented team with a distributed stack primarily written in Python along with tools such as MySQL, MongoDB and message queues. You should be a strong generalist who?s passionate about development tools, techniques and methodologies.

:: Responsibilities ::

- Design and build new features that help e-­commerce stores grow their business online

- Produce high quality software that is unit and system tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration

- Design core, backend software components that can scale as our products do

:: Skills & Requirements ::

- Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- Fluency in an OOP language, such as Python, Java, C++ or similar (Python strongly preferred)

- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis

- Minimum 2 years experience in software design techniques, Test­DrivenDevelopment and distributed architectures

- Experience with SOA, Restful API?s, NoSQL databases, operating system internals, networking and file systems are also a plus

- You´re smart, get stuff done, have great energy, and thrive in a fast paced environment
