Why work with me? - Kimmo Mörnesten As a manager I like to be close to my team. I have worked at Swedbank for quite a number of years and share my managerial responsibilities with mainframe database work. We are a rather small department covering three database platforms. We have a culture of knowledge sharing and everyone is ready to help out whenever there is a need for it. An extra bonus is that you will get some insight into other DBMSs besides DB2. I expect team members to work independently, ask for help when needed, show a willingness to share their knowledge and to help colleagues when necessary. I trust my team members and normally do not get involved in how work is carried out but team members’ personal objectives are followed up on a regular basis. In addition, I like to be as open as possible with sharing information and also discuss topics outside the immediate job role, believing this will motivate people more.

We may begin the selection under the application period, so we welcome your application as soon as possible.

Nothing of interest for you – recommend the job to a friend!
