Software Developer

Our VP of Engineering is looking for a Software Developer to join our team in the Uppsala office. We are a small and dynamic team working across our main expertise which means that you will be involved in everything from feature specifications, architecture, development, testing and documentation to second line support.

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Understanding of web application development with Javascript, preferably including Angular.
- Enthusiasm for writing elegant, testable clean code.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of the benefits of writing and running automated tests, and experience from writing tests at various levels.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience from HHVM, Node.js, or telecom technologies such as SIP, Asterisk, and Kamailio.
- Working experience in a SaaS company.
- Strong verifiable contributions to Open Source software.
