Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Senior System Developer to the Fintech-company SealFX. SealFX is looking for a developer with extensive experience from Java development that can be part of their journey.

SealFX is a Swedish based FinTech company with its headquarters based in Stockholm at Bondegatan 21. The company has been operating since 2014 and their vision is to provide the customer with the most innovative and cost effective solution for currency hedging. SealFX has developed an innovative automated hedging solution. It is a cloud based software that uses information from the ERP system in a company to automatically hedge FX risk. With their solution they link business and banks together and offers an automated hedging process. SealFX is a FinTech company with a experienced and knowledgeable team ready to take FX hedging to the next level thanks to their innovative and qualitative product. Their product is live and running and they have several big well-known costumers and partners, for example they work with several banks in Sweden.
About the role
As a Senior developer at SealFX you will be an important member of their small but dedicated development team and key to their continuous growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include new development, architecture and in collaboration with the rest of the team determine whats need to be done next to continue the development of their already great product. Its important that you like to take initiatives and speaks your mind. Your opinions will be valued and you will have the chance to take action on your own ideas. You will also have technical responsibility and mandate to take necessary technical decisions.
SealFX advocates a agile way of working and focus on refine and further develop their product. They have plans to use machine learning as a step of making smarter transaction-solutions for their costumers.
What SealFX is looking for
SealFX is looking for a Senior System Developer with strong knowledge of Java-development. You have probably work with Java for at least 5 years and are comfortable with diverse open source frameworks. The technical stack is based on e.g. Dockers, MariaDB, Redhat and Tomcat. You will be a big asset if you have previous experience from systems dealing with large amount of data and information. Integration- and Security knowledge is also desirable.
