The UX Research and Insights Manager will be responsible for web layout & design, web usability issues, and have a participatory role in search engine optimization activities. The role also calls for managing and driving the use of an analytics, insights, and optimization program.

This person will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to identify and deliver their analytics and optimization needs that drive business and IT investment decisions, and should therefore have the ability to translate insights into business value, leveraging data science in a dynamic and agile technology environment.
As a UX Research and Insights Manager, you will also be in contact with IT teams in Krakow, Poland and Bangalore, India, as well Digital co-team members in Sweden, UK, and US. As a result of daily interaction with English-speaking team members and stakeholders, as well as web content written in English, a high level of English proficiency is required for this position.

Visualize and mock up prototypes & user experiences based on customer insights
Design interactions and UI details that are centered around ease of use and seeking the most optimal user experience
Working with web layout & design, web usability issues, and have a participatory role in search engine optimization activities
Provide guidance to the web team and other business stakeholders on the latest UX, CRO and SEO developments
Monitor, asses and provide styling and functional changes gathered by data from AB testing and other insight tools
Partner with business and product team stakeholders to interpret analytics needs, align business KPIs and implementation requirements, monitoring results and deliver analytical findings
Provide data-driven business intelligence through tracking website performance, trends, and online marketing results

Desired Characteristics
Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or user interaction and/or equivalent experience
Strong work experience in User Experience and UI Design required
Proven ability to visualize and mock up prototypes & user experiences based on customer insights.
Design interactions and UI details that are centered around ease of use and seeking the most optimal user experience.
Demonstrate a sensitivity and talent for crafting a UI that is optimized.
Ability to incorporate conversion optimization (CRO) principles in all you do to ensure maximum performance of digital assets.
Experience with Web Analytics Platforms (SiteCatalyst, Webtrends, MixPanel)
Experience with A/B & Multivariate Testing (Optimizely, Test & Target, VWO)
Experience with insights tools such as Decibel, Hotjar or Crazyegg
Experience using a Tag Management System, preferably Adobe Tag Manager
Experience working with CMS (Sitcore / Vignette), Optimizely, Bootstrap 3.2, Photoshop, Invision app.
Excellent written English skills.
