UX Lead

Can your left and right brain work tightly together? Do you get the frenzy out of challenging current UX norms and standards but at the same time you just can’t stop lecturing people about those small tiny, but yet so important, details? Great, we need you!

At Oakwood we work together in interdisciplinary teams where designers, creatives and technologists create stuff together. That “stuff” can be plain ol’ websites, apps, e-commerce stores, campaigns or even physical experiences. As a collective we have a deep understanding of user-behaviour in different channels, how to create the most optimal funnels, user testing and stuff like that. Now we need to expand our team with a dedicated UX professional that can take us to the next level and ensure we continue to deliver world class user experiences.

In your role as a UX Lead you will create and refine UX concepts and make sure all small details are in place from idea to end-result. You’ll also be the one that initiates and executes things like user testing and keeps an eye on how the stuff we do perform so we can make them even better. We simply think you can be the one that can kick our butts in all aspects of UX and interaction design.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Hands-on experience in lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping and wireframing.
• Passion for qualitative and quantitative user testing.
• Lot’s of knowledge about conversion optimisation and stuff.
• Driving-license in different kinds of analytics tools like Google Analytics, CrazyEgg.
• Interest in brand identities, brand strategy and communication.
• Pride and responsibility for the final finish of both digital and printed products.
• An interest in psychology, anthropology, emotion and play!
• An interest in new technologies, services and how they affect life and business.
• A curious nature.
• Great people & presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a group.
• Well spoken English
