Our Creative Department Come and be a part of our dynamic, talented and inspiring creative department consisting of 80 creatives working with packaging design, brand identity, graphic design, art direction, copywriting, photo and film production. We take both a macro and micro perspective of the world, developing integrated communication solutions for our brands, allowing women and men to express their unique beauty from both the inside and the outside.  

Key responsibilities:
   
- Create strong engaging, emotional packaging design through understanding and utilising the work process in collaboration with the direct team
(Design Strategist, Creative Lead and Artworker).
-     Analyse client briefs and participate in creative workshops to further sharpen and clarify the client’s goal from a creative perspective.
-     Analyse structural packaging and print technologies and challenge them for successful brand and design performance.
-     Use innovation- and trend forecasting tools to define ideas.
-     Be in control of extensibility and navigation of a category/brand/line-up.
-     Be in control of guide line systems for brands holding complex architectures and more than 50 units.
-     Take responsibility for several projects running in parallel – delivering high quality work and always on time.
-     Professionally and enthusiastically present ideas and receive feedback for smooth collaboration.
-      Be an exceptional visual and verbal communicator capable of inspiring all stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience
Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, In Design and Adobe acrobat professional.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position (preferably from an agency).
A Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Art or related field.
Good knowledge of industrial materials and finishes.
Detail oriented, creative, flexible and self-motivated.
Fluent in English (both written and oral).

-     Excellent presentation skills.
-     Experience in Structural Design.
-     Experience of creating 3D mock-ups.
-     Experience with beauty/fashion/direct sales.
-     Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
