Natural Cycles is disrupting the contraception field and our brand is the key to our users as well as the medical community.

What you will be doing

- Manage the Natural Cycles brand design and creative direction and develop the brand identity throughout the company together with your team.
- Define the creative direction in all our communication platforms including our web, product, marketing and medical marketing campaigns, applying ux concepts and best practices.
- Lead the design & copywriters team in the development of our products and design processes.
- Building out toolkits for all departments to create a consistent and unified experience across product, marketing, medical affairs, E-com, logistics etc.
- Lead, grow and recruit to our amazing team of talented product and graphic designers as well as copywriters
- Lead our creative communication strategy of moving content for marketing and information sharing to both consumers and the medical community
- Work closely with our Brand manager, Communications manager, VP Product and Product owner Web to ensure alignment across different functions.
- Boost team culture in a global, cross-cultural, fast-growing team
- Thrive working in a fast changing agile environment

What skills you should have

- Demonstrable experience in high quality visual decision-making and problem solving
- Experienced in evolving Brand Identity, creating Style and Brand Guidelines and other material that can be used both internally and with agencies
- Experience as people manager and an understanding of the mix of competencies you need in your team to excel and drive great performance
- Demonstrable experience in creating multiple ideas and use creative storytelling techniques to inspire teams around you.
