Our customer works in autonomous teams, responsible for the all technical aspects in the context of an explicit area. For the time being, Växjö has three different areas of focus, Retention, Payment, and Platform. The advertised role will reside in the Retention team.

The Retention team primarily focus on customer satisfaction. Securing that our customer delivers solutions that align with their high standards, that facilitate a streamlined and entertaining gambling experience. Solutions that are based on real data seasoned with innovation and the gathered expertise of their fantastic team members that help them meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Securing delivery and solutions of high standards to create the greatest Gaming Experience and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Working with tracking and segmentation to support data-driven decisions
- Making sure that tools behind the scenes are up to par
- Using domain knowledge and data to iterate their way to the best solutions and decisions
- Developing new and upgrading current systems to support the growth of their products into new markets

Qualifications:
- Interested in trying new technologies and creating proof of concepts
- Experience with React or similar SPAs and skills in HTML and CSS
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with microservice-based infrastructure is a plus
- Experience with server rendering and caching of SPAs, ES6, and functional programming is a plus
- Experience with Redux, Flux, GraphQL, Falcor, Webpack, Babel and others is a plus
- Professional English mastery, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and as a team
