Application developer Marketplace

As our Application developer in the Marketplace team you will build the web client; a large scale singel-page-application and we aim to deliver the same performance and user experience as a regular desktop application. This puts fundamentally different requirements on our solution than many other web solutions.

In this role you will specialise in ensuring that the javascript application delivers top-performance. This will require being part in designing and developing effective client/server communication protocols, an architecture that allows for monitoring and coordinating large amounts of data being sent to the client, client caching as well as page rendering performance and much more. You are a team player and a true doer who does not leave anything to chance.

We can offer a versatile role that will include:

? State-of-the-art javascripting:
? Minimal use of frameworks
? Use of modern browser technologies such as Service Workers, Websockets, Web workers, typed arrays and much more
? Work on a product that has potential to actually change the world

Requirements:
? BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
? At least 4 years of complex product development experience
? Deep understanding of javascript and optimising browser performance and memory management
? Experience from working with at least one other programming language than javascript (like C or Java)
? Experience from handling payments methods in and out

Proficiency in English both oral and written, is essential.
