Leading Full-Stack Developer
BuildSafe is the award-winning safety management SaaS-company for the construction industry. We help contractors and real-estate developers increase productivity and safety in construction projects on all stages (planning ? production ? management), improve communication between teams and teach them how to work with analytics. BuildSafe is working with many of the largest brands in Sweden and has started expanding internationally. We are a young, energetic team pursuing the vision of building a global B2B SaaS company that will fundamentally change our industry. Our HQ is based in Stockholm, Sweden and our Development office is positioned in Saint Petersburg, Russia. As of January 2018, we have a sales office in London, UK. As a leading full-stack developer in our Stockholm office you will be responsible for managing our development team from technical product side and developing solutions for our existing and upcoming customers. You will work closely with our CTO, product owner and Customer Success team.
Key responsibilities:
* Development of back-end applications, API extensions
* Support of front-end applications
* Database maintenance, optimization and migrations
* Requirements analysis, decomposition, technical specifications
* 3rd party tools integration
Required skills:
* Symfony4 (PHP)
* PostgreSQL (or solid experience with other SQL)
* Doctrine, React, Redux, TypeScript, AngularJS, Webpack
* RabbitMQ
* Elasticsearch, Docker, CI, CD, DDD, CQRS
* NoSQL solutions such as Redis
* SCRUM mindset and practical skills
* Git, git-flow
* Working in modern environment based on orchestration software such as Docker and Kubernetes
Required knowledge / experience:
* Stack of technologies relevant to our needs.
* Minimum 5-years of experience with related tasks (both front-end and back-end development).
* Bachelor degree (or corresponding 3-year minimum education) within IT, Computer sciences or other related engineering degree.
* Professional proficiency in English and Russian (both written and oral).
* Experience from working in an international environment. The position will require regular trips to and from Russia to meet and collaborate our development team.
