Business IT Support Specialist at Scania Finans AB
Job Description
The IT department of Scania Finans AB is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the IT portfolio from a business demand point of view. We are now recruiting to strengthen our team within the application support and maintenance organisation.
The Business IT Support Specialist mainly focuses on report development and system maintenance of our common systems. You will be driving the support & maintenance work together with two colleagues. Key responsibilities as a Business IT Support Specialist:
.Application Maintenance - handle incidents and change requests
.Documentation - develop and update system documentation
.Report creation - develop business report from our common system
.Projects - participate in business projects as project member
Your profile
We are looking for a structured and business oriented team member with several years of experience in application maintenance work.
Deep skills in MS SQL and in reporting tools like Crystal Report or Qlikview is necessary to success in this role.
If you have knowledge of our finance system View21 suite (Banqsoft) it would be an advantage.
As a person we believe that you are structured and open for changes and development of the function and the company as in whole. You need to be fluent (oral and in writing) in Swedish and English.
