Do you have broad working experience from retail and e-commerce where you have worked with service design and customer design processes? We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to our head office located in central Gothenburg.

As a Senior Service Designer you are a part of Lindex Customer Experience department. You are responsible to lead Lindex Service Design and to deliver outstanding and intuitive customer experiences in our sale channels. You deliver strategic frameworks as well as hands-on user experience designs in projects and development teams. You develop a deep understanding of customer needs and you service as an expert for our product development teams.
Example of work tasks: develop prototypes and test them with users, uncover customer needs and ideas for new and enhanced features. You are also working with development of Lindex Service design strategy and user experience guidelines. You own the Lindex customer journey mapping. You also act as a mentor for junior colleagues.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Previous working experience from retail and e-commerce, where you have worked with customer design processes and service design methodology
Project experience from different channels, both physical and digital
Fluent in Swedish and very good skills in English, written and spoken
Merits: relevant academic background in Behavioral Science, HMI, design or similar, working experience within fashion retail, experience from a team lead position, experience in working with a cross-functional team and with agile methods
To succeed in this role you are very customer focused and you have a great understanding of best practice user experience principles and you know how to deliver a unique branded experience to our customers. You have the ability to predict use cases and user interaction and incorporate them into designs. You thrive in a position where you have a broader business development approach than just creating great User Interface. Your ability to be supportive, collaborative and challenging will be appreciated characteristics.
