Software Quality Assurance/Test Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:

•Identify test scenarios, formulate product test plan
•Write scripts for automated testing using Python
•Further develop our automated test environment
•Perform tests on system level including network management systems
•Prepare test setups in a lab environment
•Debug along with hardware and software engineers
•Review requirements, industry standards and manuals
•Verify compliance to standards (ITU, MEF, IETF, IEEE, TNF, etc.)
•Work with SDN (software-defined networking) and protocols such as TCP/IP, Ethernet and OTN
•Evaluate and develop test methods and tools to increase test efficiency and coverage

Education & Experience Necessary for Success:

•Master’s degree or equivalent education
•Experience within testing and programming is an advantage
•Flexible, innovative and driven
•Structured and thorough with analytical and troubleshooting skills
•Highly motivated team player
•Driven and willing to take own initiatives
•English, written and spoken
