As Digital Manager, you will work closely with a dynamic team of developers, product managers, and researchers. Together with your team, you will be planning and execute on inspiring projects, developing and improving our products with a client-centric approach. You will report to Head of Digital.
As Digital Manager, you will:
Implement and inform our digital agenda
Work closely with Head of Digital and other department heads in developing the vision and roadmaps for our digital products
Act as team leader coordinating work between our in-house and outsourced teams of full-stack, front-end and back-end developers
Be involved in the whole product lifecycle and market research process; from data collection to proposal to client delivery
Define project scope and objectives, develop roadmaps, involve relevant stakeholders, monitor and track progress, and ensure technical feasibility
Coordinate and collaborate with resources, clients, and vendors for the flawless execution of projects and products
Gauge feedback from clients and other stakeholders and work on improvements
Enhance our knowledge and share it with clients during client deliveries and conferences

In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Digital to inform and implement our digital agenda. You will act as team leader and coordinate the work of our in-house and outsourced teams of developers while collaborating with multicultural teams of amazing colleagues in research, sales, marketing, and operations.

We expect you to have:
A completed academic degree (minimum bachelor’s degree)
A native level of English, both written and spoken
3-5 years of professional experience as a developer
Experience of working with Agile methodology, eg. SCRUM
Proven experience in managing digital projects and building software
Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage, but not necessary: PHP, Ruby, Python, NodeJS, AngularJS, BackboneJS or ReactJS
Experience with business intelligence tools is an advantage
