About the role

We are now looking for another member to our Technical Support team where you will play an important role in our support organization, helping all our customers to work with the Looklet systems and solutions. You’ll work together with a really skilled team where you will helping clients with everything from easy questions to advanced troubleshooting in our Java based software, Linux based network or our world leading hardware. Also, you will be maintaining our production environment. Besides working with the customer support, the team also do a lot of interesting projects together, where they share as much knowledge and fun together as possible.

In addition the support role, you will grow into working more with studio installations and calibrations, helping out with on-boarding new clients but also internal support for our clients. That means installing hardware, photographic equipment and servers on site. Moreover, continuous maintenance at our current clients will occur. This means travelling to our different sites and make sure our studios are in top condition! Seeing that our clients studios are spread out in Europe and the US, traveling on long and short notice will be a vital part of the role.

Your profile

To be successful in this role we believe you have a positive mind set, enjoy working hands-on and of course, have a service minded approach to our clients. Moreover, we appreciate a good eye for details and quality, making sure we leave our clients content and happy. You are naturally creative and prefer to see obstacles as a challenge rather than a problem – especially when setting up a new studio together with the team.

We believe you have:
- Work experience with clients in an IT environment, with Linux and networking
- The availability and interest to travel
- Experience from working in customer support
- Fluency in English and Swedish

We appreciate skills in:
- 1-2 years of working as a photo assistant / strong interest in photography
- Experience of retouching in Photoshop
- Good camera and lighting equipment skills
