About the job The Commerce area is becoming more and more global and is in constant change. Although Swedbank has a leading card acquiring position in Sweden and the Baltics, there are significant opportunities for growth within the E-com channels.

In the role as Scrum master you will be responsible for coaching and supporting the cross functional team (CFT) into further adopting and practicing agile ways of working principles. You will play a key role, in supporting the team´s assignment to maximize the value of new investment opportunities, perform lifecycle management and maintenance tasks, while ensuring continuous stability in systems and services. In the role you will act as Scrum master for one out of five CFT´s in the Commerce area.

Main activities of the CFT are to:

Develop and maintain the Card Acquiring systems and services within the Clearing & Settlement area, as well as contribute to integration with PayEx as part of the overall strategy and delivery road map for the Commerce area.
Ensure stable and high quality deliveries as well as continuous stability of the systems and services managed by the team.
Ensure contribution to problem, incident and crisis management

Your assignment comprises

Coach and facilitate the Agile Product Owner and CFT´s to achieve their goals by facilitating/supporting the team's agile journey, self-organization and cross-functionality and efficient Product  Backlog management and planning.
Identify and remove impediments to the CFT's progress
Close collaboration with team manager to ensure the team members pre-requisites to grow their skills and competencies

What you need to succeed The ideal candidate has/is:

Deep knowledge and experience in agile way of working
People management skills
Very good communication skills (listen, ask questions, build trust)
Strong coaching and supporting mindset
Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
Solution-oriented, structured and customer centric
Collaborative inside and outside of the team; be a strong team player
Open-minded to learn and teach new techniques and approaches
 Software engineering skills: preferably in Mainframe and Cobol
Proficient in oral and written Swedish and English
A relevant university degree or similar work experience
