Business Analyst – Volvo Group Connected Solutions

Connected Solutions is a global organization within Volvo Group focused on creating the services of tomorrow. We work at the forefront of connectivity by collecting and analyzing telematics data from 700 000 Volvo assets. Consumer Services is the function within Connected Solutions that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We work in tight collaboration with the Volvo Group Business Areas and customers. We drive and manage the performance of the services and the business areas portfolios over the life cycle. Role description
You will together with UX architects drive business requirements and work in pre-studies and projects. You will be responsible for many contact areas and work closely with different stakeholder which requires you to be an expert at communication. You will work with both internal and external business contacts and act as a bridge to our development team representing customer voices internally at Connected Solutions.

You will be working in an environment where both internal and external stakeholders have different ideas and perspectives regarding their orders. Your task is to make these ideas reality - which means that your daily work will be to have a holistic view and break down ideas and suggestions to clear and understandable orders.

Who you are
You are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging and requires problem solving. You should have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions but still keep the big picture perspective since our environment constantly evolves in unexpected ways.

You are structured, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork; contribute with team spirit and likes taking on responsibility.

A university degree in engineering, computer science or similar
Many years of experience as Business or System Analyst in an international environment
Experience from developing applications, as analyst, tester or developer is a merit
Ability to see the big picture, solve problems and act under pressure
A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus
Great communication skills
