Gleechi is enabling natural interaction between humans and technology helping people step into the virtual world.

We have developed the first software to visualize natural hand interaction in VR. Now we’re opening the windows for humans to enter and interact directly with the elements of a virtual world.

Challenge: Why do we need a Technical Product Lead now?

We started off as a research team exploring the realms of virtual interaction and control. As we progressed, business and commercialization teammates joined in making us a startup team hunting for clients, opportunities and growth. Now that we have the solid research and strong customer interest, it is time to build and transform us into a product focused team. That’s why we’re looking for a technical product lead who can:

1. Design and package the product towards scalable distribution.
2. Assemble and lead a team that takes responsibility of productifying the software and assuring its quality.
3. Implement a complete and highly automated software deployment pipeline, including architectures towards both Gleechi teams and end customers.

The biggest challenge is that we are developing a completely new technology in a completely new application area – Virtual Reality. The true potential of our technology and market demand can only be realized by a strong team, and in particular the experience and leadership of the product lead we’re looking for.

Skills & Requirements

We believe you have:

1. Solid background in software engineering with previous experience as a developer.
2. Experience in setting up software delivery pipelines.
3. Experience with internal product management and process automation.
4. Experience with leading product team and project management.
5. Participation in strategic product decision making.
