What will you do?
The tech: Embedded, Linux, C/C++, shell scripting and Python
As a Software Developer in our team, you will be creating, maintaining functionalities and make architectural changes to the software platform. You will be involved in all phases of development - from innovation/first ideas and all the way through design, test and implementation until final release on the market. The team work closely with other parts of our Research & Development organization, both other teams working with firmware development and product development, as well as teams working with solutions, applications and services.
We are a part of the Firmware Platform department within R&D and are responsible for the development of new functionality in our software platform, in user-space Linux. The Firmware System Section consists of three teams; Firmware Architects, Linux System/Event System team and Cross-function team. We currently have open positions in the Linux/Event system team.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate Software Developer with skills in C programming, Linux environment and network. It is an advantage if you have experience in Linux system administration, Yocto/Bitbake build environment, Gnu tools, writing Linux bash and Python scripts, code analysis tools or Git. We believe that you have a master’s degree in computer science or equivalent and have several years of experience as a developer within relevant areas.
