We want to hire Java Developers to IT Development - Customer Management


Our IT organization consists of approx. 200 people and you will be part of the IT Development - Customer Management team which is 20 people.


We are responsible for the development of CRM, customer service applications, invoice layout and the marketing automation platform.


The team is diverse and dynamic with people of many nationalities and many different roles and responsibilities such as developers, testers, agile coach, product owner and business analyst.


This is what you will do


You will work in an agile development team and as a Java Developer you are responsible for developing our existing applications and support systems as well as building out new ones from scratch when there is a need.


You will primarily work with backend development but some occasional frontend development will also be a part of the remit.


We code in Java 8 and Javascript and we use REST for API:s. Other tools and techniques we use are Git, Jenkins, Gradle, GEB/Selenium, Spock/Groovy, Ansibel and Ember.js.


Together in the team and in close partnership with our internal clients we are accountable for finding the best technical solution on the requirements in our prioritized backlog. We are committed to delivering the requirements that create most value, having the client and end-users in focus.


Our way of working is incused by team spirit, no prestige, high ambition and attention to the client. That means that we sometimes help each other out on things outside the individual remit, such as testing a new services or facilitating retros.


This is what you need to succeed


You should have relevant experience from working with Java, Javascript and REST. It would also be great if you have experience from or willingness to learn agile development.


For this role, fluency in English is a requirement.
