One of the doers we are looking for, is an Agile Delivery Manager who wants to join us in building our new portfolio of services and products while working with truly skilled and experienced people. This position is located in our brand-new office at Regeringsgatan, in the heart of Stockholm.

Job Summary
In this role, you drive extensive multidisciplinary development projects in close collaboration with a dynamic team of experienced UX designers, business developers and engineers; rapidly bringing digital solutions to the market. You operate at the intersection of multiple competences with responsibility for preparing, organizing, executing and transferring these undertakings.

Together with our management team, you create and implement a project framework with an agile approach towards product development and digital solutions design. Over time, you have the opportunity to champion this framework across all product areas inside SMS - making a genuine mark on the way the entire organization manages our digital product offering.

Your responsibilities
• Preparing and executing disruptive and high-pace projects in the digital space
• Generating a collaborative and visionary work environment
• Keeping a broad variety of stakeholders informed about ongoing project processes

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for an experienced project manager who is well acquainted with agile methods. You have at least seven years’ experience from enterprise IT and a project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2. Since we operate in a global environment, you have fluent skills in both written and verbal English. Other required skills and qualifications are:

• Proven experience in project management and agile methods, e.g. Scrum
• A genuine interest in interacting with championing customers and key users internally
• Excellent social skills and extensive experience from stakeholder management
• A genuine interest in interacting with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
• The ability to cooperate easily across geographical and cultural borders
• A deep understanding of, and hands-on experience with, software development and web technologies
• The ability to hold general and in-depth conversations about technical requirements with lead developers – including information architecture, technical architecture and trade-offs between on premise, hybrid and cloud-based solution
