Senior C++ Programmer

We're on the lookout for a Senior C++ Programmer to join our team here in Stockholm. This person will be an essential part of the Engine team, working with the fundamental core components of our game. This is largely a collaborative role, working across the organisation together with designers, art, QA, animation; you really touch all areas of the game! Together with the team you'll also be instrumental in the process of revamping our entire game engine. This is a huge project for us and we're looking for someone who is equally as excited to start digging into it!

Responsibilities:

- Build, refactor and maintain well-engineered C++ code with high levels of stability and performance
- Design and implement features and core systems in different areas such as gameplay systems, AI, networking, graphics, user interface, physics, animations
- Solve complex problems, from designing and building new systems to optimising features to be both performant but scriptable

Requirements:

- Fluent in C++
- Great debugging and optimization skills
- Solid math with a clear understanding of linear algebra
- Proficient in writing well-structured code and create robust solutions

Bonus skills:

- Experience working with C++ on a shipped game project
- Experience developing for multiple platforms such as MacOS, Linux, as well as Windows
- Experience working with Perforce, Git, Jenkins and CMake
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL)
